So not long ago I wrote a post urging you all to check out the Humble Indie Bundle and support charity as well as independent game makers.

Well I’m going to do that again, except this time I’m going to urge you to check out the first ever Humble Music Bundle. It’s the same “pay what you want” model that all the Humble Bundles work from and you get to choose exactly how much money goes to the artists, the charity and to the folks at Humble Bundle.

If you pay below the average amount you get five albums from They Might Be Giants, Christopher Tin, Hitoshi Sakimoto, Jonathan Coulton and godfather of Nerdcore hip-hop: MC Frontalot. If you pay anything above the average amount (which at the time of writing is only $8.07) you also get an OK Go album.

I know we all live in a world where you could get all of this for free but it’s all for a good cause and $8.07 is a pittance for over five and a half hours of music

Oh also the music is all DRM free and for you audiophiles out there you can download FLAC files of all the albums too so stress less…crazy audiophiles.
