In this week’s ep we talk about cameras, tumblrs and all those other things the kids love. Also Oz Comic-con, Mass Effect 3 and more about the robot apocalypse.

Also if you’re extra nice, Jack might read you some of his poetry…how about that, eh!?

Eclectic Dynamite Podcast 15-06-2012

Another Ed and Jack only edition of the podcast. That’s right, this episode is JackEd! Hilarious…

We talk about Indie Game: The Movie, Prometheus, even more Civilisation 5 talk, there was a whole lot of talk about the new MacBooks but I cut it all out because it was just crazy boring, you’re welcome (the short version: it looks OK).

Plus more SPAAAAACE NEEEWS, our weekly top 3 picks and Channing Tatum stripping…

Eclectic Dynamite Podcast 08-06-2012

This week James is away but don’t worry, Jack has joined the team to pick up the slack. As always we give our top 3 recommendations and also discuss E3, the coming robot apocalypse, and drinking dirty water using feminine hygiene products.

Also Jack debuts a new section that he has dubbed “SPAAAAAACE NEWS” and we have a special guest caller popping up at the start of our news section. It truly is a rollercoaster ride of fun around here.

Eclectic Dynamite Podcast Episode 3

It’s been two weeks but we finally have a new episode for you to wrap your ears around.

We talk about Diablo 3, Spotify, and DC’s gay superhero (that linked article also clarifies an issue brought up in the ep in regards to the superhero’s son and gives us our first correction for next weeks episode).

You can also look forward to some horrible impressions and some post-credits music. We’re just too good to you!

Also, sorry that James is a bit quiet this week, we’re working on it.

Go! Listen! Now! Below!

Humble Indie Bundle V

Dear fellow lovers of vidja games,

Head over to Humble Bundle and buy the Humble Indie Bundle V. Just do it.

For those that don’t know, the Humble Indie Bundle is a collection of independent games, released with a “pay what you want” model. Once you’ve selected how much you want to pay you can then choose how you want to divide the money between the developers, Child’s Play, or the Electronic Frontier Foundation.

So not only do you get awesome games, you also get to feel all fuzzy on the inside and help some folks out.

The fifth bundle contains Amnesia: The Dark Descent, LIMBO, Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP, Psychonauts and one of my top ten games from 2011, Bastion. You also get the soundtracks to each of the games. I can’t speak for all of them, but the Bastion soundtrack is nothing short of fantastic.

Just do yourself a favour and check it out here.

Hugs and kisses,
